Ferdinando’s House is a true outstanding property. Beautiful, impeccable. It provides all the comforts. The view is speechless and Ferdinando is the most friendly, efficient, and helpful host you can have. I stayed at la Quercia. A real dream. Very highly recommended.

Ferdinando's villa can only be described as spectacular! It's very well equipped, clean and it's so perfectly maintained that you feel like you're the first ever guest to stay. It has a modern and elegant feel with historical features. Lots of space! The view from each window in the villa is breathtaking. The location is exceptional - peaceful and private but still just a few mins from the beautiful town of Assisi. The large perfectly manicured gardens are full of trees and flowers which add to the idillic feel of the property. The stunning infinity pool and hot tub is perfect to enjoy what is without a doubt one of Umbria’s best views and don't even get me started on the sunsets! All of this would not be the same without the brilliant host - Ferdinando. He has been responsive, helpful and very kind - did everything to ensure we had a great stay. This is one of the best villas we've ever stayed in with the best host. Perfect from start to finish. This is the type of place that makes you feel "is this place even real?". We can't wait to be back and highly recommend this place!
