Great place, just south of the main city. There are two vaporettos (city boats) 2 minutes away to cross the river to the main city on the other side (one-stop, 2 minutes) and to Piazza San Marco (three stops, less than 10 minutes). Coming from and going to the railway station is also easy by just taking one boat (~20 minutes). The apartment is nice and clean, and very calm. The surroundings are calm, with several bars neaby where you can have a drink in the evening facing the main island. The island itself is big enough for a walk, there are some parks for children to play about 5 minutes away. Great stay!

The apartment was just as described. It was in really good shape, really modern, clean and easy to find. The apartment felt cozy and the location was really good, it was really easy to go back and forth to many of Venice's main attractions. The host was friendly and communicative, overall worth it!!

Waren 2 Päärchen, haben uns direkt verliebt in die Wohnung, wollten schon fast nur da bleiben weil es so modern und cool war. Es ist sehr leicht zu erreichen und es fährt immer ein Vaparetto ins Zentrum, am Abend dann ruhiger und direkt am Meer. Wirklich top, wünschten wir wären länger geblieben aber kommen definitiv zurück

Um es kurz zufassen die Location und die Lage für den Preis waren es nicht zu 100 % Wert. Ein schönes Apartment mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage zentral trotzdem sehr schwer ins Zentrum zu gelangen da man immer auf ein Boot angewiesen ist und ab 23:56 Uhr keine Fahr Möglichkeiten mehr hat.
