Walking distance to beach. Enjoy large private heated inground pool. Great for large gatherings and pet friendly. The home has three floors. Top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main floor has the kitchen, living room, nook, 1 bedroom, and 1 full bathroom. The basement has a living room, 2 bedrooms, and utility room (Washer and Dryer). The set up of our home allows for flexibility for additional guests depending on the need. The nook will include a future treadmill and currently used as an office.
