I did a search for Tamarindo and booked Irina’s place in nearby Coco beach by accident. We adjusted our plans to stay in Coco beach and we weren’t disappointed. Irina stocks beach towels, a large beach blanket, pool toys, and all kinds of great amenities. I brought up a couple concerns to Irina and she was quick to respond. Upon checkout I made a mistake and Irina stepped in and corrected it for me without charging me anything for it (when she could have). All in all this is a lovely place and I’d highly recommend it to anyone staying in Coco beach.

Un super beau séjours, la piscine très propre, les chaises longues seraient à changer, ils ont du vécu, mais encore utilisables, un BBQ sur le patio serait très apprécié

Beautiful stay, since it’s such a late check in I only wished there was a place to put our luggage until check in, but there wasn’t. Which isn’t their fault. The house was just like the photos, and the pool was right outside my front door, extremely convenient. About 6 min walk to the market and coffee shop, and about 13 min into town , where you up find a bunch of restaurants And over prices boutiques with really cute stuff. The first night I had a problem with these huge weird looking ants 🐜 but she did drop off some spray, and I didn’t have any other problems. Only thing I didn’t like is I still had 15/20 left on my check out and a Man was standing on our porch, then I saw a young lady. I guess they were waiting to get in and clean. I didn’t like that at all. It made me feel rushed and I felt like, my time isn’t up till it’s up. As a women I don’t want to look out and see this tall man standing on my porch. Kinda felt like I was getting kicked out. It was weird.

We arrived in the early evening, the security team helped me located the condo which was in a very convenient location to the entry/parking. The unit was clean, and very comfortable. We had a hard time finding the beach towels but after a quick text I was directed where to find them, and to my surprise we had more delivered the next day. Our visit was HOT! so having a pool just steps outside of our patio was heavenly. It was a great spot to cool off, relax after a hot walk to the beach, and we got to meet a lot of our neighbors (other travelers) Having a rental car or golf cart is needed, on a hot day it's a TREK! As you can see in the pictures there are multiple pools. The snowman pool is a little walk up the hill, there is another single pool in the same vicinity, the single pool just off of Irinas condo, and another one that we missed (with a swing in the pool) My kids loved playing with the Alexa systems in the condo, non-stop dance party!

Great place to stay! We liked everything from the pools, to the location, all the amenities and the equipment we got. I’d stay here again
