We enjoyed our stay at this place. Check-in was fine, with the correct code. The place was nice, spacious, and clean for the most part. The partly attached HDMI cord was helpful for connecting to our laptop for movies and the Switch without having to search for where the tv input was. We did see some wasps or whatever they were, and they interested our dog, but no one got stung. I would recommend whoever is staying in the lower bedrooms bring earplugs. As mentioned in a previous review, the heater makes a loud thunk as it turns on and after it turns off. But it wasn't as disruptive to sleep with the doors closed and earplugs in, we figured out after the first night. The forested area next to the buildings was nice for the dog to walk around and play. We had to leave early to avoid blizzard conditions, but overall, a nice stay, in a peaceful location, would consider staying here again.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Northstar, with a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 kiddos. Enough room for everyone. Check in was seamless, correct check-in code provided. We loved using the pool/hottub. Cost has now gone up to $10/per person. Was wonderful to be on the mountain, use of the shuttle was easy to use. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo decorations were different but we have stayed at other condos and were familiar with the layout ahead of time. Everything was acceptable in terms of cleanliness etc. The appliances were ok - pretty typical for a rental. Check in was easy, parking passes & Rec passes easily found. The things that we were not so happy about: The heater for the house made a ton of noise - every time it turned on/off it made a huge metal popping sound. It kept my brother up at night and scared my kids (3 and 6). The other big issue was wasps inside the condo. There was a yellow jacket trap in the rafters but it did not have bait. They were lethargic and could hardly fly, so i'm not sure it would have made a difference. We found at least 3 crawling on the floor where they were almost stepped on. Definitely something to know if you have allergic reactions. Their nest seemed to be in the condo/walls & the warmth brought them out. We have not had this issue at other condos.

Had a lovely time at this location. Only draw back was the check-in, similar to what others reported. The pass code to enter the residence was incorrect. And given that we got in quite late, having to call the Vacasa host line to troubleshoot was a bit of a hassle.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The cabin was very cute and it was in a private area. I will agree with some of the cons of the other reviews: the code I was provided was incorrect and the woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly difficult but did eventually give me the door code. I would recommend calling the cust. support line BEFORE you leave to verify the lock code. Also there were no instructions on where / how to access the rec center so would also recommend asking about that if you plan to use the facility.
