We have visited Northstar a number of times, but had never stayed there. We really liked the location and the ability to walk to the Village and walk around the neighborhood. Since we are not skiers, we were happy that the area was not crowded, but that the stores and restaurants were open. Sarah's home was terrific - as long as you are ok with stairs. We found it comfortable and user friendly. The kitchen is not large, but it is very functional. We loved the decks on both floors.
Great location, had a wonderful stay during our ski trip at Northstar. Highly recommended.
The condo was wonderful! It has everything you need and the shuttle is steps away, which is super convenient. Sarah was very responsive and accommodating when we wanted to add another night last minute. We look forward to staying here in the future.

I live in Palo Alto, CA with my family. We bought the condo in 2013 when we realized we couldn't sneak two dogs into a hotel room and after our 6-year old decided she loved skiing. We head up about once a month. In summer, for hiking, biking, the dog beach on the lake, downtown Truckee, and getting away from the summer heat. In winter, for skiing at Northstar.
