This was the second time my family and I stayed at this property while we were on the island and I have to say that once again my stay was amazing. The workers on the compound was vey friendly and welcoming as some of them remembered us form last time. My mother love this compound that the condo is on, as it gives us a sense of security and safety while when are on the island. We sleep with a peace of mind and that is important when you are on vacation. The condo was the same clean, cool for the hot days and most importantly, in cost proximity to everything. I am certainly returning to your condo when we are on the island again.

The place was amazing the pool and beach were well maintained and close to plenty of restaurants, shops and other beaches.

This place is amazing and the host Liz was Phenomenal from arrival to departure. The house was very clean and modern. The staff on the compound was very helpful and pleasant and the location was spot on. It is not to far from the Airport as we drove their when we were leaving. Once you have google maps you are good to go. There is a Cellular Company, Supermarket, Convenience Store and Burger Restaurant all within walking distance. I would highly recommend Colony Cove to stay for anyone who is willing to visit to the island.

Updated super clean condo. Each room has both a ceiling fan & an A/C unit as well as, all the amenities in the listing. It’s located in an established gated community so taxi drivers all ready know exactly where it is but most importantly it shows up on Apple maps so you can use GPS if you’re driving yourself. The community grounds are immaculately kept. The condo patio has a view of the gardens. There are two restaurants within walking distance along the beach behind the community. The beach isn’t what I’d call a “swimming beach” bc my visit was during high seaweed season so maybe it’s better other times of year. It was still beautiful to look at. If you’re a light sleeper, note that Trash pick up is on Thursday mornings at 4:30-5am. The truck outside was a lil noisy but the service was quick, I went right back to sleep. Liz was very responsive. I would stay here again & highly recommend this listing.
