The house was exactly as advertised. Super clean and well appointed. The house was decorated beautifully, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need! Brenda made sure there were lots of sweet extras like snacks, coffee and toiletries. The neighborhood is very walkable - I would recommend this house for anyone staying in the Southeastern Ohio area!

We felt completely at home in this lovely Victorian. Brenda is a thoughtful host, and everything we could need was readily available. Each room is sympathetically designed for the era of the house to a high standard. Many thoughtful touches contribute to the ambiance including period furnishings, a clawfoot tub, and nostalgic, ornate fireplaces. The kitchen is fully remodeled with every amenity. The artwork throughout the house complements the rooms, and I particularly enjoyed the old photographs and local art. This house is conveniently located in the heart of charming Williamstown, WV, and within walking distance of the Ohio River. The police station and fire department are just around the corner, and there is a large park at the end of the block. Other nearby amenities include a small library, a bakery & coffee house, and an Italian restaurant. I recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable and exceptional historic place for relaxation, good food, and boutique shopping.

Brenda’s place was perfect for our stay. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very easy to find and parking worked great for our truck and trailer. The house very clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Brenda was very friendly and gave some great recommendations for food. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed here during the weekend of the Sternwheel Festival and it was perfect! Everything was walkable, close to a nearby park and we were able to see the fireworks from the house so no fighting traffic or crowds. The house is gorgeous and was very clean; I honestly could go on and on about how great this house is, we already booked it for next year!
