Vito was a very responsive host! We had some issues with the plumbing backing up, which caused us to lose use of a bathroom as well as some sinks. Vito was quick to send a “plumber” out, however he wasn’t a professional and the problem couldn’t be fixed that night. The house was dusty/full of cobwebs upon our arrival (but that’s on the cleaning service, not the host). There are NO outlets in the bathrooms and very few throughout the entire home so i’d suggest bringing a few extension cords. The location of the home is private yet close to downtown and lots of hiking trails!

We had a great stay and everything was as described. We got snow the weekend we were there and were unable to get our cars out on Sunday morning. I had to reach out to Vito several times to get someone to plow the driveway, and was only told that the plow company was very busy, and they didn’t know when they could get there. We had to shovel a part of the driveway ourselves just to get a car out to go skiing. The plow finally came about an hour before checkout. It was an unfortunate end to the stay, as everything else went very well, and we ended up going home feeling frustrated.

We spent the Christmas Holiday at Vito’s place. We found there to be plenty of room and beds and the location is walkable to town. It’s very close to Cranmore Ski Area…..actually a walk! Vito was responsive when we asked about available cooking pots and mixers and we had a new hand mixer and roasting pan when we arrived. Large hot tub is as described and pool table is in the basement. Kitchen appliances all in working order with 2 types of coffee makers. Washer and dryer in one of the bedrooms, per photos.

A group of friends stayed for a long weekend. The home is very close to the center of North Conway, a great place for shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Great hiking in the area as well!
