I stayed at Sumit"s place with three of my college batchmates. The place is very comfortable, felt homely, the surrounding area is beautiful even in peak summer. Sumit was responsive and the caretakers were helpful. The food was very good. The boat club is at a walking distance. Planning to visit again during monsoon ! Overall excellent place if you want peaceful quality time with friends and family.

Very peaceful stay near Pavna lake. The home was beautifully furnished, spacious This place has a beautiful garden attached where you can see the view of Pavna lake. There is a restaurant nearby so you do not have to worry about food. It was a wonderful stay.

It's a nice peaceful place. Near about activities are boating etc. Although I would suggest this place for people who would love peaceful place. Not allowing non veg food is a plus point as this makes this place spotless clean n no smell inside. It sure requires one small microwave, good absorbing towels , toilet accessories and they need to check plumbing in wash basin and shower as very soon only hot water comes and no option to mix cold water. Mr. Shanker caretaker is very nice polite and helpful all times.
