I felt it was very disrespectful that I paid for your hotel and then you gave it to a walk in leaving me with no place to stay, a few hrs before I was supposed to check in. Thank you for giving back the money but I will definitely not book with you anymore

The room was beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and well taken care of. The drawbacks are: 1) the bathroom needs new shower & bathtub fixtures as they were broken causing water clean up. The shower could use some updating as they were discolored from age & use (The tub & shower do not match the elegance of the room. I was uncomfortable using them.) 2) There were on several dirty walls & the outside of the refrigerator needed to be wiped down. In fact, I did it for my own comfort. 3) From my room, you can hear the street traffic. There was lots of construction going on throughout the day as well. If you kept the sliding doors to the patio closed it was less noticeable. So not exactly quiet, but very peaceful and serene and close to many restaurants. They do provide free shuttle service to & from Ubud Palace three times a day.

It’s very nice place! The rooms is very clean and big!! I love they’re bathroom and pool! The service are all nice and friendly. If you wanna go to town down can booking Garb bike, only 10mins.

I made a last minute booking but in the morning received a message that the place was overbooked and I'm being moved to alternative hotel. The staff was professional but the hotel had seen better days.
