This is brand new build in March 2022. This is rented while we are away for summer. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this location. Hotel design with Tempur pedic Kingsize bed at master br. Twin bed at 2nd br. Only 1 mile away from Alderwood mall and walking distance 5 min to grocery store. 2 bed room, 2 bathroom (1 with bathtub & 1 shower), washer dryer, kitchen with Dining table

Solid spot for Northwest Pinball Championships. Easy check-in and convenient access. Hot chocolate and cha options in kitchen were great. Wireless was reliable. Parking was close. Excellent communication.

We had a great stay at Ira's place. It was very clean and everything worked. Ira also responded very quickly to our questions. Highly recommended!

We really loved staying in Ira's place! It's in a quiet neighborhood in a convenient location close to shops like Trader Joe's and small parks that are great for kids or going for a walk or a run. Extraordinarily clean and comfortable, with delicious coffee and lovely, thoughtful touches like slippers left at the door. Instructions were very clear and communication with Ira was easy and quick. All for a great price, too. Highly recommend!

Its very quiet. Only once a week there is road cleaner & the man blower to clean in the morning.

This condo on the 1st floor and the reserved parking just accross the back door located at the right side of the cross line (15 min park). its very convinience. There is bowling, Grocery store Traders joes, Fred meyer, Dollar Tree & Restaurants in walking distance. Within 1-mile there are also costco, the Alderwood mall, Amc theatre, Lynnwood recreation center swimming.
