I would like to strongly recommend this rental for anyone coming to Steubenville. The house is cozy, it is well outfitted with everything you might need, it’s close to Franciscan University, and even closer to amenities like the grocery store, fuel, and restaurants. Staying here not only saved me money on lodging, in enabled me to purchase groceries and cook my meals which was another financial savings. Dawn wasn’t outstanding host with receptive communication. She met all my needs throughout my stay. When I had a question, she responded immediately and helped me with questions about Steubenville as only a local can do! I’m looking forward to coming back again! (Note: I had the house to myself as no one else had rented out the other two bedrooms)

Dawn was extremely accommodating when I had some last minute requests. She gave great tips and had the house prepared with everything a guest could need!

The house is fine. For the price per night, definitely 5 stars. It is a bit loud as there are old wood floors and not a lot of carpet to absorb noise of others, but other than that, it was fine. It was convenient to everything around which was nice, and if I have the pleasure to make it out to Steubenville again, I would stay there again.
