Great deal! The house was right on the lake and the inside was clean. It was also very easy to find and the check in process was simple.

*BE AWARE* Greg and Julie were great hosts and the house was terrific. But the community is not very welcoming of AirBnB and the first thing you see when you enter the private community are signs like “community strong. No AirBnB” which immediately put a damper on the weekend as we felt like we were intruding. It was something I wish I had known prior to booking the location. Still, great home, very cleanly, and we made the best of it.

The space was nice. Small but cozy. Walkable to a nice small beach with a playground & water slides. The rooms are very accommodating 3-4 people each & a futon in the living room. The neighborhood is anti-airbnb, signs posted in most yards & on the beach. We had a few people stop & stare at us, but they never said anything. The grill was very nice, & we even had a fire in the pit & roasted marshmallows. If it was the stay alone I would have given it a 4.75 stars, but the aftermath has been very stressful. One of our kids pulled on a closet rod & the screws pulled out of the drywall. We informed the host, but when the claim came through it had extra stuff added including a missing comforter. Host told me ignore it/not to dispute it & AirBnb insurance would pay and it wouldn't cost us out of pocket. This seemed fishy since he added more damages. I disputed it. Paid my portion, waiting to hear final outcome. I recommend take photos upon arrival/departure just to be safe if you stay here.

This was a last minute getaway and they were super accommodating. Their home was beautiful and super clean. Greg was extremely helpful with our boat. I enjoyed relaxing by the water and my husband, father in law and 3 son's enjoyed fishing. We look forward to another stay in our future.
