The house itself was great. Lots of beds and well decorated. It was nice that they provided so many soaps, shampoos, etc. The house was well-equipped (kitchen and bath amenities). Nice living room and game area too! The exterior amenities were not as great. The jacuzzi/spa worked well and the backyard patio was a nice place to hang out but the pool did not heat up after we paid for it to be heated. We requested the pool to be heated but it wasn’t and we went back and forth with Vacasa the entire weekend only to not have the pool heated during our stay. It took effort to get a refund for the pool heating after our stay since this was an additional cost we took on. The volleyball area was disappointing too. There were a lot of spiky seeds on the ground so you couldn’t walk barefoot and the court was just a dirt patch. Perhaps in the busier months, they clean up the spiky seeds and make the dirt patch more usable but we mostly stayed by the jacuzzi.
Came here to say with a bunch of friends to celebrate my 30th birthday and it has been two weeks and we still. A stop talking about this place! What an incredible find! I thought my friends would want to drive into Palms Springs but everyone felt right at home the entire weekend! And EVERYONE had a great spot to sleep.
We came as church retreat for young adults and we were so glad we book this home. Everything was so clean and very much felt like home! We were only 20 mins out from shopping places. They provided towels for all our guest. Bed accommodations were matched for our large group. The game room and basketball court were a plus!! Game boards and playing cards were also available to us. Although it was too cold for the pool, we hope to have future bookings here for even our family vacays! We didn’t run into any issues and found that the house had everything we needed! Thank you for hosting us!
Loved this place. Fit my whole family very comfortably. My family & I enjoyed it the whole weekend. Had everything we need. Think the only con I can think about is the AC may not be as strong in some bedrooms, however, it was tolerable. Definitely plan ahead of time with groceries as it really is 20 min away from grocery stores. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!
