We really enjoyed our stay. Only complaints: parking area could be a bit larger; I believe check-in/out should be 3PM and 10AM, not 4PM and 9AM. We will return and also recommend to friends.

I would suggest against this air bnb because of the unresponsiveness of the management company. The WiFi and Televisions connected didn’t work properly for our stay starting day 1 and I got no response on how to fix it the entire trip. The air conditioning units didn’t keep the temperature to what it was set making it an uncomfortable stay. Check in is late and check out is early compared to comps in the area. Not a good value or set up. Decor is great but that was about it on the compliments I can give. I really dislike giving bad reviews but feel it’s necessary in this case.

Evolve, which apparently is the management company, was completely unresponsive in the days leading up to our stay. 4 messages over the course of a few days went unanswered. They didn't respond at all until Airbnb got involved on our day of travel. Once I did get them on the phone, their representative was snarky and rude. I asked for a supervisor to speak with and was told she was unavailable. All we were asking for was an earlier check in because I was traveling with a baby. Their failure to respond to any of our messages forced us to cancel the reservation and make other arrangements. 9/10 for Airbnb. 0/10 for Evolve.

The Tiny Texan was exactly what we were looking for. We were attending a wedding on the property and our stay was only a short walk away from the venue. The grounds are very beautiful and the tiny home was very cute and cozy. Perfect for a couple. We had four of us staying there and it was definitely doable as long as you don’t mind crawling in and out of bed from the loft. (You cannot stand up on the loft floor, so we advise keeping any luggage on the main floor and getting dressed in the bathroom if you are sharing the space with others.) Our only complaint was the wifi. Our wifi did not work once our entire stay and we had no cellular service to use cellular data. We had to leave the grounds to be able to use our phones for anything other than texts and calls. We did not contact our hosts though regarding this and it’s possible that could have been fixed. But we couldn’t use the Airbnb app to contact them unless we went for a drive elsewhere.
