What a special place! This tiny home was cleverly designed and skillfully contrusted. There is an unbelievable amount of functionality per square footage. Even on a rainy weekend three walls were better than four allowing me to stay warm and dry while immersed in the sights and sounds of the woods. Gavin went above and beyond with the quality of finishes and furnishing and extra special touches like pancake mix, peanut butter, comfy linens, flashlights, batteries, organic teas, cleansers and toiletries and a superb space heater! I could have easily stayed comfortably for a week and wish I had. Will definitely book again.

This was a very cool experience staying in our first tiny home! Loved cooking outside on the Blackstone and having fires at the private fire pit. Everything was perfect minus one small thing. No curtain in the window of the shower. Wouldn’t have been such a big deal if you couldn’t see through the window from the side road. We made a makeshift one so no biggie! Would absolutely stay here again!

This house was exactly what we hoped for!! It was remote, but not off the grid. It was extremely clean and well kept. Super cozy for my daughter and I to enjoy time with each other. Although “tiny” it had every amenity that we would hope to have. The upstairs bedroom was super cute and cozy as well- very well designed. We definitely hope to go back. Thank you for being such a terrific host. Gavin is amazing and always easy to chat with.

Gavin’s place was spotless and organized which is much needed for a tiny home! Gavin was quick to respond and very hospitable for the entire stay. The tiny home had everything we needed to cook dinner, so we were able to pack light. Neighbors were very friendly and quiet. It was a relaxing vacation filled with great hikes, golf and water activities. We are definitely planning on returning. Thank you Gavin!

Nice background sounds of forest and brook. Close to the lake and low traffic. House was cute and bed was comfy. For those arriving at night: (i) gougle directions were repeatedly off ... the final turn is 0.25 earlier, (ii) turn toward the right once on the dirt, and make your first left onto a small dirt driveway lined with stones.
