I have lived in Teignmouth for 17 years and work at Exeter College. I have always loved living by the coast and enjoy getting out on the water whenever the opportunity arises. The location here allows easy access to the beach, and the moors are a short drive away if you like hiking. Some important points: Some of the feedback on here refers to a self contained flat that we used to let before! While they are very good reviews they are quite old and I no longer have that particular property. The rooms I let now are in a shared house. They are not on-suite i.e. No private bathroom. They are on the top floor of 3 (lots of stairs) and have standard bedroom doors. i.e. No padlocks, no security codes, no card swipe! It's a family home... You will have keys supplied for the front entrance door. Parking is strictly on a first arrival policy! Just like the majority of small seaside towns in this part of the country Parking can be difficult during the holidays. If you require any further information please feel free to message me.
