The first impression when we arrived continued throughout our stay: we’re staying in a very clean and very new apartment. Everything was fresh, refrigerator was spotless and empty except for the thoughtfully provided bag of ice. Brittany & Adam provided a tasty bottle of wine from a local winery. There were also 2 different bags of coffee that I could choose from. The stairs up to the apartment have solar lights your late night arrival or your return from Seneca Lake wineries, waterfall hikes or from the Corning Museum of Glass. We joined a wine club at one of the wineries recommended by Brittany and Adam and plan to visit again in the spring to pickup our next case.

We had the best stay at the Overlook! This apartment was perfect for what we needed it for. Brittany did an amazing job on this place. It was exactly how it looks in the pictures. Super clean, easy to find and had beautiful views of a waterfall right in the backyard. We will definitely be booking with Brittany again!

We had a great stay at the Overlook. The apartment was just as expected. Easy to find, easy to access, quiet, spacious. Brittany was responsive and I knew we could easily get ahold of her if ran into issues.

Very nice rental. Very clean, and has everything you need. Attention to detail has been given for everything you need. Local coffee was awesome. Best part is the adjacent private mini waterfalls...just sitting on the deck and listening to the sound of falls is very relaxing. However one thing you should know that there are good 15-20 stairs to climb to get to the apartment so it's not for you if you are handicapped. It did not bother us and we really enjoyed the place. Brittany is very responsive and responds to any of your questions. Great job Brittany in maintaining such a nice rental.
