This is an incredibly gorgeous property, the views are just amazing. It is so peaceful and relaxing. I had work-related video conferences while I was there, and the wi-fi is stable and fast. It’s less than 10 minutes to get to restaurants, grocery, etc, but you’d never know you were so close to town. The property has all the basic amenities, the place is clean, and beds/furniture were quite comfortable. My dog did not want to leave, she loved it. Neither did her humans, we loved it too. I had a simple question about the propane grill while I was there, I didn’t expect an immediate response or any action. Curated Getaways went way above and beyond, not only to answer my question, but they actually had a team member bring me a grill brush within an hour of asking the question. The directions from Curated Getaways were so detailed, they included pictures! This property has very simple and reasonable check-out requests - nothing any decent guest wouldn’t do anyway. This place was beautiful with views of the rolling hills. The amenities were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. The owner had extra razors, toothbrush and tooth paste in case you forgot it. They thought of everything.

The view from the house was outstanding, and it was well-located for access to the Chessie Trail and hikes in the Blue Ridge. Lexington and BV were close by. The interior of the house was clean, but the living room furniture could use an upgrade. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and requests.
