Great location minutes away from all the tourist attractions. Marissa is a very thoughtful and responsive host should you need to reach out to them during your visit.

We loved the vibe of the place, it felt like we were at home. One negative would be the 1st bedroom the mattress was uncomfortable. Overall very nice and clean place. 👍

Marissa’s place was quaint. Her effort to make it beautiful is seen in her interior choices. A lovely job has been done in making it what it is. A few things that may matter: + We chose it mainly for the parking spot. However - the parking is very tight (if you have a suv type car). + The location was not one of the more historically rich ones Easily remedied… +There is no dishwasher. +The code did not work for the back door (where you park) so we had to walk around to the front each time to enter. + Despite booking for 5, no extra bedding was provided for the couch. + no host book provided with house rules, local food or places of interest. Ron (a partner host) was the main communicator during our stay. He was 5 stars - friendly, professional, quick to respond and committed to excellence (evidenced by his communications). He really did his best to make our stay beautiful. Thank you.

This has been my favorite DC Airbnb by far! It was very modern, super comfortable, had a great backyard for lounging, and was so spacious! They were immediately responsive to our random messages. We would definitely stay here again.
