Candice's home is a gem! My husband felt that "this is the best airbnb we've ever stayed in!" I agree. To all future Airbnb guests, please take excellent care of Candice's home! She has put so much attention to quality and she provides all the necessary items like trash bags, kitchen towels, dish soap, etc etc. The kitchen is well supplied. The water for showering is hot. The air temperature was perfect even though it was cold outside. I am familiar with the neighborhood because my daughter lives 2 blocks away. We rented Candice's home because there were 3 of us and we needed more space. I love this neighborhood. It is very quiet. It has the park which is perfect for walking or running along the river edge. The only shop within walking distance is just 3 blocks away. It is a local shop for basics. We did our food shopping at Whole Foods on H Street and 7th Street. I use the H Street trolley or the X2 bus or take Ubers. I will definitely stay here again!!

Such a nice hidden gem! From the ease of checking in to enjoying the more then convenient location to everything. The bathroom is outstanding as well such a nice edition. Peaceful, and private. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

The unit was amazing!!! This place is centrally located to most tourist traps and lots of restaurants. This place is super comfortable, modern and clean. The bathroom is small but the natural light from sun window is everything. Candace communication skills were on point too.

We have stayed at several Airbnbs around the country and this experience is our favorite! Candis makes you feel at home and the environment is so calming, as well as extremely clean. The home is equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need. The host was very responsive when communication was necessary. We are actually trying to find a reason to come back to DC just so that we can stay in her home again. Unfortunately, we did not get to experience the neighborhood because our stay was for the purpose of a moving transition; however, we plan to return for a vacation stay. We would recommend this home for a couple, or a family, and we look forward to returning!
