Bran's place was a spectacular retreat for our vacation. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was having to leave it at the end of our stay - it was the perfect place for a restful week and a great place to return to at the end of each day after our local adventures. The Owners communicated well and responded immediately after we had a minor issue with the fireplace at check-in. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This home is truly beautiful. You will get a true Colorado mountain experience at this location. Beautiful and peaceful. We experienced a lot of snow and Bryan was very responsive and informative about getting the road cleared. The home is well equipped with the necessary kitchen tools and some spices. The living room is open with beautiful windows and the wood burning fireplace. I will say it was a bit of a challenge to get the house to a comfortable temperature with the lack of central heating. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace that was also a bit tricky to regulate. The mattresses were a bit more firm than we are used to but it was still a comfortable environment. We also would have preferred TVs in the bedrooms. The location of the home made up for everything else. It was easily accessible from I-70, beautiful views, spacious home, and generally central location to the mountains or the city. Overall the home and location was great for our visit to the mountains.

This place is beautiful, and you get the mountains while being close to the Denver area. The hot tub faces the forest area and feels very secluded, as the whole house does. There is a fireplace in the main area, but each room has its own heating that is easy to use and works quickly. One bedroom has a gas fireplace in it too, which is very nice. The kitchen is also fully stocked, so we were able to cook all our meals there. As all the other reviews say, the drive up to the place is very steep. That being said, we visited in February with snow and had 3 all wheel drive vehicles get up and down okay. If there isn’t a ton of snow and you know how to drive in snow, it’s doable. We had a hiccup when arriving with cleaning, however, Bryan was communicative and helped us figure everything out.

The property was even better than the photos showed! Bryan and Brittany were very responsive and available for any potential problems. They preface the stay by explaining that you’ll need a 4WD vehicle and that’s no joke! The route to the home is steep and treacherous but no problem at all if you have a 4WD vehicle. Would absolutely stay again!!!
