Firstly id like to say Thank you to both John and Lee for being fantastic fast responding hosts. The villa was beyond my expectations, inside out. What a perfect place to take a family or for use of a special occasion. The Villa is private and modern, it had everything you could possibly need and more. It was fantastic to have both use of the Hot Tub Jacuzzi, the pool and plenty of family fun games. The views are just stunning. All I can say is BOOK and go, you won't regret it.

We managed to book Lee's place very last minute and we're so glad we did! Lee and John were both so helpful and super fast to respond if we needed anything. It's a beautiful place - the garden has everything you could need to keep you occupied and the pool was the perfect temperature. The villa also has everything you could need - comfy beds, HUGE kitchen, stupidly comfy sofa, amazing bathrooms. There was only 2 of us and a couple of times we'd say how much fun we'd have with a bigger group, it really does have everything you need for a great holiday! We didn't get up to much but that's what we wanted, a really relaxing holiday and there was plenty to keep us occupied at the villa so it was perfect. Location is great, super close to Coral Bay, a big supermarket, a couple of beaches and attractions - you are close to the main road, so can hear some traffic from the garden but it's worth it for the views and ease of getting around. I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Thanks so much Lee!

Nice house, private location. Heard Pool was heated by nights (every nice in a while), and even if we asked for warmer water they didnt do it. All kitchen equipments were on crease or dirty and there wasnt bbq at all. Anyway the house was clean and yard area is beautiful.

Fantastic villa in a lovely location. The ouside space is amazing my teenage kids were very impressed. The villa was modern and clean, master bedroom was very impressive. Lee was extremely helpful when booking and answered all my questions very quickly. John went out of his way to make sure everything was ok when we arrived. He gave us lots of local information, local beaches, family run restaurants that were nearby. We all look forward to returning next year . Thank you Lee snd John

The Villa was exactly what we expected and more! Lee was an incredible host from booking to leaving the villa. Lee was very supportive when booking as we had been let down last minute by our previous villa and we were getting married but Lee was brilliant in helping us use his villa. Also after an Horrendous flight which meant we didn’t get to the villa until 1am, There was a little start up package of milk etc which helped us extremely and made everything feel so much better! The villa was literally perfect in every way!! Lee was always on hand to answer questions and he was very responsive. Very honest and kind person and we will definitely be booking again!!!
