Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en el bugalow de Jacek. Está en una urbanización buena y tranquila, muy bien orientado al sur y con vistas a la piscina. El bungalow es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Jacek tuvo la amabilidad de ser flexible con el horario de entrada y se lo agradecemos mucho. La urbanización está muy cerca de la playa de Meloneras y de la de Maspalomas. Tiene un Mercadona muy cercano, a menos de 10 minutos andando. Si nos es posible, repetiremos.

me gustó muchísimo este lugar. 20 minutos caminando hasta la playa. hay muchos paradas de autobuses bastante cerca. la ciudad es diferente y interesante. Jacek es muy buena persona

8 days stay of 2 persons. Being a host myself, I also know the "other side" and their efforts to make a stay "excellent". Jacek was a super host during the 8 days of our stay. Always ready and with good solutions when we asked for special restaurants or car rentals. We felt well taken care of when we had questions. The accommodation is a lot! better than the photos and details suggest. The amenities in the apartment are larger than usual for Airbnb accommodations. Everything was new (furniture, appliances, towels, equipment) and of top quality. The other utensils were also new,well kept and very clean (cookware/bedding/washing machine) The mattress was very comfortable for the two of us. 2 pillows for each and extra comforters were provided. The apartment complex used to be a hotel. The very large manicured pool is a tasteful remnant of it. This pool is really much bigger compared to 4 star hotels on the beach (I compared it deliberately) and during the week you share it with a maximum of 3 other swimmers. The apartments in the neighborhood are lovingly maintained and the gardens are wonderful.each resident has a separate terrace with dining and sunbathing area. It was an idea to live in a cottage on 2 levels. There were 2 toilets available and those on the first floor could almost fulfill the function of a 2nd bathroom.Because there is a sink with mirror, shelf and towel.This is top if a 3rd guest sleeps on the sofa of the first floor, because he would not need to go at night to the upper floor. The whole place is VERY clean and absolutely quiet and relaxed during the week. The local people greet and are polite. You immediately feel very comfortable and accepted. The location can be checked by means of maps for everyone, so the category as a rating actually belongs abolished. The area is very spacious. You walk 4km to Playa de Ingels or Yumbocenter. With an e-scooter no problem or a rental car. So you are very quickly in the cheerful, lively center. The apartment itself is in absolute quiet location! This fine gradation we enjoyed very much.Also the gas station (24/7) and the easy transport connection were convenient. +Super price / performance ratio +Host answered questions within minutes and came, if necessary immediately by itself. ++generous accommodation +perfect location (walking distance to the dunes) +free parking in front of the door. +good general tips that simplify the stay enormously. +24 hour gas station 1 minute walk away.
