As a family of 4 we had a nice experience, Davide was responsive since the start & on the same day his assistant Debora got in contact & she was also kind and very responsive...the apartment was easy to find due to the clear instructions of Davide & also a video that he sent to show the way from the train station to the apartment. The apartment is few minutes walking from the beach & many restaurants...you will find few paid beaches over there & also some free spots that you can find also, so you can choose the best for yourself. The apartment has enough space to sleep, have food, spend time in the apartment & also with a beautiful small terrace that you can have fresh air & enjoy a cup of coffee/tea or even have food. Some windows have net which mean you can keep it open without the fear of mosquitos to come in. The only dawn side is that the apartment near the train station, so it comes with a lot of noise (but that is the case of this part of Monteresso). In general, very good.

David’s condo in Monterosso al Mare is in a great location in the tourist area of Fegina. It is very close to the train station, and the beach. Walking distances to many wonderful restaurants and cafe’s. With its close proximity to the train station you will hear the train at night but it’s certainly tolerable. Debora was very helpful in answering our questions by text; check in was not without its issues but some of that is due to language issues and the fact there is no one there to greet you. Parking is not provided free of charge on site despite saying that it is. There is a small paid parking lot across the street for 18 Euros a day, with a wonderful older gentlemen that runs it. Overall we found the condo tired looking and lacking in some basic amenities.
