Beautiful apartment with all extras left by Mandy including tea,coffee, milk and biscuits which is the most important thing when you have traveled and are tired. Fantastic shower roomy and powerful and everywhere is lovely and clean. Had a problem with the TV but Mandy answered straight away and Mark talked me through it all sorted promptly, fantastic hosts who are always available would recommend to all especially people with children and older people as it’s all on one level apart from a step down into the kitchen which is no problem 😊

We had a lovely and comfortable stay. Had everything we needed and a really easy walk to the beach which was ideal. Very spacious but cosy flat and would definitely recommend. Mandy made the check in/ out process super easy and had no issues.

Lovely apartment easily accessible to the amenities in South Shields . Clean and comfortable. host super helpful and friendly. Would use again when in the area.

Mandy is kind and her accommodation is as expected from the photos and description. The beach is an easy distance away. There is a handy convenience store just around the corner, and Mandy supplied a few provisions which was a nice and helpful surprise.

Having experienced a short notice cancellation of our family bookings for New Year at a sea front hotel nearby, we were both fortunate and relieved to find what was a very suitable alternative for ourselves, and a daughter and her husband. The host kindly responded quickly to the booking request and the confirmation was followed up with the correct information to enable us to travel with confidence, and to access the clean and comfortable accommodation on what was New Year's Eve.
