We loved staying here, the cottage was so cosy yet spacious with a lovely little garden. Lots of nice touches to the decor & in a beautiful peaceful countryside/village location. It was lovely to have the log burner in the evenings and a kitchen to cook in. The host was also very helpful and responsive. Thank you very much Verity!

Such a beautiful cottage in a very peaceful village, a perfect escape. It is a bit of a drive to get to places for a day out, but we were impressed with the list of local places to eat and things to do provided in the folder. There is only enough wood for one fire which was a shame, so I would recommend bringing you’re own wood if you want a fire going every night!

Very clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen well stocked with basic cooking equipment. Utility room was very useful. Please note the upstairs has bare floorboards (including bathroom) which may not be suitable if travelling with very young children, due to risk of staining.

Wrens Beck Cottage was an outstanding stay! We really enjoyed how homely this place was, all your needs were provided for and they even provided some cute wee biscuits as a welcome gift! The cottage and garden outside was something that really brought me back to my childhood visiting grandparents! Would highly recommend staying, we plan to stay here again in the future. (Our only dissapointment was that Wren the Labrador didn't come included!)
