Teresa‘s place was outstanding! The history behind the old mill, and the entire area was very interesting! Getting to take a look inside of the old mill and it’s original machinery was like stepping Into the past! They really go above and beyond to make sure their guests are taken care of! Will definitely stay here again went back in the area. Jack and Christy.

Teresa and Tom allow visitors access onto their little slice of heaven and provide you a 5 star stay. They take great pride in their property and their attention to detail is second to none. The property is located central to so many outdoor WV/VA adventures and wonderful fishing is a stone's throw away. Teresa even connected me with a local real estate agent in order to schedule a viewing of a local cabin for sale. Tom and Teresa were wonder hosts and I guarantee you with feel the same way at the end of your stay!

We enjoyed staying at Teresa's rental by the river. It is a beautiful area and close to the town of Franklin. Lots of outdoor activities to enjoy the scenic beauty. World-class golf course at Fisher Mountain for golfers. Stop by Swilled Dog Hard Cider to relax after a day of activities. We look forward to visiting Franklin again soon. Jody Olkowski

The 1895 Cabin was lovely! Exactly as described and was so quaint and homey. Bed was comfortable, adequate bedding provided and we loved the wonderful chocolate chip cookies!! Thanks for a great stay, we would like to come back at some point when we aren’t working all weekend!
