We got to spend 3 months at their place and it was wonderful! The location is so great, their response time was immediate and we felt right at home. It was very clean and the back yard is amazing! Will definitely be back!

Amazing trip and wonderful accommodations for a couple and our 2 pups. Secure fenced backyard, walkable to restaurants, beach, park, grocery store. House was very clean, updated, and well supplied with all essentials needed for the entire time and more. Especially loved the lemon tree and tomatoes as well as hammock in the yard! Hosts were easy to communicate with, fast to respond, and provided everything we asked for. Would definitely recommend for a couple, family, and pets. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Josh and Sabrina! :)

Loved our month long stay in Morro Bay. Josh & Sabrina were very responsive and thoughtful. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. This wonderful location is within walking distance of a grocery store, several restaurants and a fantastic pizza joint. It’s 10 mins walk to one of the most unspoilt beaches in the area. You can walk along the beach to downtown Morro Bay or catch the local bus which runs hourly. The location can’t be beat! The house itself has a airy, spacious living room, modern kitchen and bathrooms, and a private back garden area, where you can watch the palm trees swaying and the hummingbirds darting about. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is an amazing beach house! We spent a month here and loved every minute of it! The home is so cozy! Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the washer and dryer are amazing, great location and both front and back yards are fenced which is awesome with pups! Our hosts always responded quickly to any questions that we had. Definitely a 5* stay!

This home is amazing! It’s so clean, updated and convenient. Josh and Sabrina left us a bottle of wine which we thought was so thoughtful. The best part of this home is that it feels like HOME!
