Good balance of proximity to Austin and price. There were two issues: 1. The locks are a major issue and ultimately unacceptable. The front door is VERY hard to get the deadbolt to engage from the outside (leaving the house), so belongings left in the house don't feel secure. Back door deadbolt doesn't engage fully which causes a lack of feeling secure in the house. Door to the garage doesn't have a lock which also doesn't feel secure. 2. The floor was quite sticky which was unpleasant.

Great house and space! Loved the backyard and added game room in garage! You wouldn’t have to even leave to have a great time!

Stayed here with a bunch of girls and we had a great time! It was a very spacious home and a quick drive to downtown! 10/10

Super comfortable beds! Great space for a party of 7. Loved the foosball table! Appreciated the pack of cards in the front room. Air conditioning worked well. Loved the back patio. Suggestion: If you plan on doing much cooking, take inventory before going shopping. The spacious and beautifully appointed kitchen has plenty of lovely dish-ware and a miscellaneous collection of equipment.

The house was comfortable and close to downtown Austin. The kitchen needs more appliances. There was only 1 pod to use for the dishwasher. The floor was dusty. The ceiling fans were dirty. Went to the bathroom and found a live cockroach. The master bedroom needs a bigger curtain for the window. Apart from that, the house is comfortable and safe. It just needs to be cleaner.
