Melanie was a wonderful hostess. She had everything ready for us: sheets & blankets in the 2 bedrooms upstairs, and on the futon downstairs, several bath towels, and pool towels. The house was very clean. Melanie has state of the art appliances in the kitchen & awesome shower in the upstairs bathroom. Her instructions were clear, and she left a nice list of good restaurants, supermarket, guide & map of Quebec city/old town. She lives in a very nice neighborhood, 10 min drive from the old town, 2 min walk from a supermarket. We could park our car in her driveway. The pool was heated, my children really enjoyed swimming after a day of visiting. We had a wonderful time! Thank you again Melanie!

Melanie was good at communicating before, during and at the end of our stay. She offered to meet with us after we settled in, but we didn't feel the need. The key arrangement was convenient. The house was beautiful, bright and sunny, very well stocked with towels, high end appliances, and in a terrific location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, parks, and very easy to find. If I lived in Quebec, I would choose this street! Melanie's list of favorite restaurants and nearby amenities was helpful, as was the guidebook and map she supplied. Don't miss Maguire Street, just a few blocks away or the Parc du Bois-de-Coulogne (gorgeous!), also a few blocks. While located off the Grande Alle, the house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, just over 2 miles from Old Quebec. The pool and outdoor space was fantastic and while not out exploring Quebec, we were in the yard most of the time. One thing I would recommend confirming before booking is your bedroom needs, as of the 4 bedrooms, 1 is a baby room with a crib and another is in a basement playroom. We had a very nice stay, with lots of space and privacy, and created many wonderful family memories of our week in Quebec!

An impeccably beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Gorgeous pool and home, extremely clean and bright. Melanie and her sister provided lots of advice on where to dine, run and what to do. We had a great time!
