Came out to visit Boerne for the weekend with my husband, 2 kids, and mother in law. The home fit our needs based on sizing and the price seemed fair, especially since we did not spend a lot of time in the home since we were there to hike, shop, eat, and enjoy the local beauty. The house was in a fairly quiet subdivision, which didn’t have a ton of character, but would fit anyone’s need to have a place to lay their head and take a shower. A few things that made it feel a little unwelcoming were the lack of extras including towels and blankets (there were JUST enough for everyone, would have been nice to have a few spares). Also the house has a master suite that was locked off and not part of the listing- which was just bizarre and made us feel like we were intruding. Overall, everything was fine, but I have stayed at much nicer and homey Airbnb’s in the past. I suppose if you don’t need it for more than a night or two and only have a few people, it would be more ideal for you.

We had a wonderful stay at Gustavo’s place, what a beautiful house! We felt right at home. Gustavo was very flexible with some changes in my reservation. We were 2 small families and had plenty of space in the house. We came to town to watch the eclipse and explore the cities nearby. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with good restaurants a short drive away. The house has everything one needs. Very clean, spacious and with a big kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Overall a great stay!I highly recommend this place.

The house was great! We felt very comfortable staying at this home. It was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. It is very close to shopping and grocery stores. Six Flags and Sea World were just a couple minutes away. My family felt safe the whole time, and we definitely would book again. Host quickly responded to all questions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.
