The house was a great location for access to the forest trails. Nice picturesque view out to the golf course. Functional working house as it is the green keepers cottage. Enough seating in the lounge for 5. A bit noisy on Friday night with the incoming trucks but settled down on Sat and Sun nights. Overall great.

Large and comfortable house. Location is a bit unique located off a round-a-bout and on the golf course. Not that close to restaurants but convenient to Redwoods and outdoor activities. House had all the amenities as required. Not sure how often house is rented as felt like it had been closed up for awhile and air felt a bit damp/musty.

Quite a bit of road noise and trucks going past at night, even in the back rooms. Otherwise, everything was great - comfortable and clean.

A lovely, tidy house with everything that you need. Excellent location for getting to and from the forest. The only down side of the location is that there is a bit of road noise at night, loud motorbikes, cars and trucks. There was no key for the garage so nowhere to easily store bikes. The host did try to get a key from the golf course, without success, so we had to store the bikes in the dining room. No big deal though.
