very good location,the host provide clear instructions to check in and check out. The inside of the house is clean and cosy, however the front entry porch filled with lots of leaves, which makes the corridor dirty after we step inside. The price is reasonable for six people one night. Great value for stay one night.

Perfect place for four of us. Location is great, everything is a reasonable driving distance in rotorua anyways. All necessities were provided. Our stay was lovely and the home was a wonderful place to come back to after a long day of activities.
