We had a lovely 3 night stay at Foxglove cottage over the Easter weekend. The cottage is in the most beautiful setting with gorgeous views of Yorkshire. There is a private garden, for use by all the cottages, which we had an Easter egg hunt in during our trip. The cottage is off the beaten track and so peaceful and private - yet just a 10/15 minute drive to Scarborough front, which our 11 year old son loved. Jo, the host, was very responsive and provided instructions as needed about the cottage. We would recommend a stay at Foxglove cottage and would definitely return if visiting the area again in the future.

Great for getting out into local area. car essential. Prob not great for energy filled children. Limited outside play area, but as a couple with grown up daughter, it was lovely.

As always fantastic base to stay , the owners will help out if needed .love staying here for peace and quiet .
