**NEW 2024 mini-split A/C Unit Installed** This comfy, fully equipped, condo is in the heart of everything Ptown offers. Only a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops, bars and beach access across the street. Outdoor space consists of a connected private patio through sliding glass doors. A quick walk to the Boat Slip Resort for Tea Dance or sunbathing on the deck. Liz's Cafe, Joon Bar, Mussel Beach Gym, and Joe's coffee are across the street. Enjoy a weekend, week, or more of the best of Ptown! "Little B", as I've affectionally named it, has a small footprint but big impressions. I've maximized the space with a very comfy modular couch that can change configuration, if needed a movable ottoman for extra seating (or to create a longer seat to cuddle up with that special someone), and a collapsible dining table seats 2-4. The compact space includes a fully equipped kitchen, modern/sleek appliances (Nespresso, Unique refrigerator, bar). Enjoy a Nespresso, on me! Coffee/espresso pods are available in the drawer below the Nespresso machine. The gold bar is available for you to use, and whatever happens to be there. Mix up a martini using the football shaker, or pour yourself something on the rocks in the lowball glasses decorated with some of my favorite travel destinations. The Samsung Frame TV is in ambient "Art Mode" while not enjoying cable tv or streaming services for extra ambience without that black screen look. The private patio offers you the chance to extend the living space. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon/evening cocktail while staying semi-private with the lattice fence along Pleasant St. The bedroom offers cozy sleeping quarters with a Queen size bed, bedside dressers on both ends with power for your phone to charge, and clothes to unpack in. Window A/C unit is available for precise temperature control while sleeping. Additionally the closet has custom dresser drawers, on sliders, to accommodate more clothing. The full-size bathroom has a new oversized rainfall shower head and handheld combo. A Tushy bidet attachment on the toilet is also available; simply turn the knob on the right and enjoy a warm spa spray to clean your derrière! Medicine cabinet with open shelf to store your products during your stay.

Stephen is an outstanding host!! The place is so beautiful and charming. I had the most amazing experience. I can’t wait to stay there again!! :)
Stephen was a gracious host whose response to inquires was very quick. Parking is conveniently located adjacent to the unit making it a breeze to get to your car but why when everything you need is just a few steps away. You’ll discover the place is very close to the public access of the neighboring beach and a popular cafe just up the road. After a day out, you get to continue the outdoors enjoying the private outdoor patio.
I had an amazing extra long weekend at Super Super Host Stephen’s sanctuary in Ptown. The place was centrally located and perfect for either a solo traveler or a couple seeking to experience the local vibe and charm. Easy to get to from the ferry and very quick walking distance to Tea Dance and numerous local amazing restaurants and shops. The place itself was cozy and perfect with all the amenities you could ask for including the private patio (though could only use it a few times due to Mother Nature and her tropical storm fun) - I worked remotely a few days and the Wi-Fi was perfect and coworkers commented on the fun decorations behind the desk. Stephen was highly responsive - quickly granted a late checkout given a work meeting that was def going to run late and had plenty of recommendations for new fun things to do in town. I will stay here again 110%!!
This is our 2nd time staying at Stephen's place and it was just as great the 2nd time around! Also there have been a few updates which make better use of the limited space in the apartment so it was a little easier to navigate this time around. Either way, you still can't beat the central location that's just outside of the busy part of commercial st but close enough to get most places quickly. Stephen is still super responsive and helpful. All and all, still highly recommended.
Really fantastic stay here. Five stars! Great great location. The home was clean and well appointed. There were nice “home like” touches that Stephen added to make it extra special. Great communication from Stephen. Looking forward to booking this place again.

The West End of Provincetown; slightly more quiet but minutes from ALL the action. Enjoy a beach across Commercial st, 1000 feet from Liz's Cafe, Joon Bar, Mussel Beach Gym. Walk towards downtown and you're at the Boatslip in 4 minutes for Tea Dance, or lounging by the pool.
The town is very walkable. There are also many bike rentals available nearby that you can leave locked up on the back deck at my unit. Driving down Commercial st is not recommended or necessary.
