We had a great time at Amirreza's home - beautiful location right on the lake and newly renovated downstairs home. Plenty of space for all of our guests between the outdoor and indoor spaces. Keep in mind the home is on a hill and you'll need to climb up/down the hill to access the lake. The lake was absolutely stunning and was very private/quiet. Neighbors were very friendly. Kitchen/home was very clean and spacious. We used the indoor kitchen a lot but it did not have baking sheets/pans for the oven so bring your own. Microwave did not work during our stay. All other basic needs provided. Overall, great stay and would recommend!

Much better than the pictures show. Amir was a great host. The lake was still and gorgeous, the property is fully reno'd with large bathrooms. The weekend we were up was great privacy, felt like we had the lake to ourselves. The walk out patio is in the shade for those who don't like the sun and the BBQ was large enough to grill for 8 of us. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning views during sunrise/sunset. Lots of diverse wildlife to see around the area and dock. The space was clean and came with the basics we needed. Communication was great and we had the entire property to ourselves. We had such an amazing time, so thanks to our lovely hosts!!!

had a wonderful stay with Amirreza. everything was clean and we were even offered a bottle of sparkling wine. we were communicating via the app many times throughout the stay with quick responses and Amirreza was able to accommodate or respond to every request. the BBQ is also a very large size and easy to use via natural gas. the views from the dock during the day were very comforting and stargazing was even better. the community around the lake were very nice and welcoming as they waved at us passing by on jetskis or even stopped to talk to us on their boat. lastly, the value for this stay was well worth it and would definitely recommend Amirreza's cottage for other budget-conscious renters!
