Amazing house and host. From booking with Leah to arrival it was so easy. Leah replied to any questions, gave advice on the area & what was happening locally during our stay. The house was perfect for a group of 4 ladies celebrating a 60th birthday...Leah even left a balloon for the birthday girl...so kind, thoughtful. The view...wow...amazing! What more can you want for a beach break....even in November. The house, it had everything needed and more. Leah has thought of everything. Bedrooms had plenty of cupboard space, the beds were super comfy with quality bedding. You can cook, or, as we did order breakfast for delivery and takeaways for tea...much nicer, good value...especially when you want to relax and watch the sea and sip your fizz! Totally recommend Filey Beach House for quality time with friends, family or a romantic getaway...thx Leah x
