We had a great stay. House was very nice and the views are great. Very nice neighborhood with parks and trails.

I'm an experienced AirBnB user. Most experiences have NOT BEEN GOOD. Arrive at the location only to find the promo pics do not match the actual location. Unclean- worn furniture -not all appliances working -tattered walls -light bulbs missing - open wall electrical sockets, needs painting - etc. THIS PLACE WAS AS ADVETISED AND PICTURED. Lots of nice things to say. It met my expectations and was perfect for hosting friends and family. LOVED the "cooks" kitchen and adjoining living room, dining room combo. Comfortable and inviting. This location offers a series of outdoor patios - ideal for Fall - Summer and Spring. (Outdoor socializing) View of sunsets over the Western Colorado Rockies from the upstairs master bedroom- "spectacular". Roomy garage. I would book this location aagain.

Maylene is an amazing host! This was my first stay at an Airbnb, so I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Maylene made this whole process stress free and very welcoming. The home was as advertised, clean, and roomy, with super amazing views of most of Southern Aurora and most of the Rocky Mountains. I highly recommend staying at this property! Thank you, Maylene!
