Welcome to "La Maison De Monique," a serene and romantic retreat in Marco Simone, near Rome's center. With 3 comfortable Queensize beds and 2 single beds, our spacious villa is perfect for two families or a group of friends. Close to the Laura Biagiotti Golf Course hosting Ryders Cup 2023, 20 minutes from Villa Adriana and Villa D’este both UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and 25 minutes from Rome's center. We are confident that our retreat will become the perfect place for your vacation! ID: 24354 Our stylishly appointed home boasts four bedrooms, accommodating a total of 7 guests. Our villa is composed of 3 floors, but only two of them are available . The third one is completely independent from the others and it’s not available. The two floors are independent and only for guests, you will not share it with no one, it’s only for you and it has indipendente entrance. Three of the bedrooms feature queen-size beds, one offers two single beds. Each room is tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Spread across two levels, this villa offers ample space and privacy. Each level is complete with a bathroom, making it convenient for larger groups or two families sharing the space. The central floor features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials, ensuring you have everything at your fingertips to prepare delicious meals. Two green private garden and external fireplace.

我们在这里度过了非常愉快的两晚。房源与描述完全一致，极其干净整洁，一尘不染。房间宽敞，床垫和枕头都很舒适。厨房所有设施一应俱全，方便做饭。卫生间超大，热水很快很足。阳台更大，甚至可以打乒乓球。房源位置便利，步行到家乐福3分钟，开车到最近的地铁站15分钟，然后再坐15分钟地铁即可抵达罗马市中心。房主特别热情，还帮我解决了一个棘手的问题。总之，完美！

Fantastisk sted å bo, mye plass, reint og elegant. Vennlige og hyggelige eiere. Vi var 7 personer og vi var veldig begeistret av huset. Huset er litt utenfor Roma, men vi har valgt det i stedet for støyet i byen. Vi anbefaler det på det sterkeste. Takk Alessandro og Laura, vi storkoste oss i Italia!

Alloggio nel complesso stupendo, accessoriato, curato e pulitissimo. Splendida la terrazza, torneremo in momenti dell’anno più caldi per gustarcela al meglio. Alessandro e Laura sono stati davvero molto disponibili a soddisfare le mie richieste con estrema gentilezza. Raccomando caldamente sia loro che l’ alloggio.

It’s a beautiful and comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Very well decorated and spacious. There is a grocery store nearby which was very helpful. We much preferred stayed in this property outside Rome and drive to the city and other interesting places around than staying in the center. Alessandro and his mother were super friendly and responsible and we were very surprised when she baked a pie for us in one morning. We highly recommend this property!
