Slow down and unwind at Little White Cottage 1, located on a 10 acre meadow. Cozy newly renovated farmhouse. Enjoy sitting in the adirondacks under the Texas sky. A perfect place for a couple’s get-a-way or friend’s trip. Just a 10 minute drive to First Monday Trade Days in Canton, TX. This quaint cottage features a studio style layout with farmhouse decor, a bedroom and living space, a separate full size kitchen and bath with walk-in shower. High speed wifi and self check-in. Queen-size bed and plenty of sitting area. Step out onto the huge patio to find an umbrella and chairs where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise, and a small fire pit to relax at the end of the day!

Great place a little drive from the downtown hustle and bustle. Serene country setting. Place is bigger than it looks from pictures & decorated so cute. Nice solo fire pit with firewood and starters and chairs to sit outside after a long day of shopping and watch the stars. They Respond right away to needs and questions. We would definitely recommend.
Amazing stay!
The Little White Cottage was a great way to get away from the city for the weekend. The home is very, very clean and comfortable! We will be returning soon! Great place & Excellent hosts!!
Absolutely precious and charming little cottage! Super clean and cozy, not to mention peaceful! We came in to shop in Canton. The location is about 15 min from Trade Days, so you’re not around all of the hustle and bustle, but not far from the markets. 10/10 would stay again!
This place was amazing, so comfortable and they thought of every detail. Felt like HOME.

Countryside setting with plenty of pretty views.
We have a very friendly neighbor’s working dog named Laverne, who sometimes patrols the area, so you may see her roaming the pasture or lying in the yard.
This is the country, and no street lights, please use caution when pulling out onto the county road.
Plenty of concrete parking area at cottage. Nice easy 10 minute drive to downtown Canton.
