Their room are 70% smaller than what they said. They don’t have anyone can serve after 6pm. They can only allow you checkin after that. They don’t have a reliable WiFi. I cannot work when I stay there. Finally I went to other hotel to borrow the Wi-Fi. Their noise from the AC is crazy all night to make you cannot sleep at all, and I have to sleep in my car for the first night. The second night their manger try to comfort me, so relocate me to a room with lower noise. Even they made you very uncomfortable, they don’t agree to cancel and refund you. So my final cost was two days: 1700 EUR, which is same as Four Seasons Hotel that week. I must write all the truth I experienced because I was so tortured by this place. After a long trip you cannot rest at all, and it affects your whole emotion to start the next journey. Called Airbnb for 2 hours try to solve this, but Airbnb is useless at all, they only care about making profit and not to really help you. It’s my last Time with Airbnb

This is a very clean and aesthetically apartment / hotel building. The location is ver walkable with a nearby train and a short walk to the Madrid city center filled with bars and restaurants. The room has everything you would want. The bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. This is a busy area so you may hear people out and about at night so just something to keep in mind. We had a room facing the Main Street but wanted it that way. I would definitely stay here again.
