This is a brand new 2022 RV. Fresh from the dealership. I will be adding a TV and upgrading the mattress in the next few days! RV will have clean linen for the beds and fresh towels. I will also be adding additional essential items for your comfort. This is a brand new RV that is parked in the driveway of my home. I do reside in the house with my husband and daughter. We do have 2 dogs that you may hear occasional barking when they are in the back yard. We do live off a busy street, however the house sits back a bit when pulling into the horseshoe.
