Based on the photos and description posted on AirBnB, this property wasnt exactly what I expected. The compostable toilet and hot tub were mentioned up front but upon arriving there wasn't as much privacy as I thought there would be, the tiny home is situated in the owner's yard and the hot tub isn't very private due to the neighbors proximity and its location. Otherwise I enjoyed the tiny home experience and appreciated the price for the value.

I was down in Anchorage for work and just stayed two nights at the Tiny House. It was my first time staying in a tiny home and it was great! I had no problems with the composting toilet and even took a few notes in case I want to install my own in my dry cabin one day. The hot tub was great although personally I like it a bit warmer. It's in a woodsy little neighborhood with houses around but still felt private. Easy to find, easy to get in, cute, comfortable. I never really saw or talked directly to the hosts but that's because I didn't have any issues come up.

We stayed at Nicholas and Renee’s twice during our trip in Alaska. We loved their tiny house and will book again if we are ever in the Anchorage area. The place was very clean and with easy access. They communicate very well and check in is easy and painless. They were very accommodating when we needed to do a latter check out. We had everything we needed.
