We had a fantastic stay at this delightfully cosy place in the heart of Brighton city centre. The amenities were fantastic: surprisingly well-stocked kitchenette, very efficient and convenient use of space throughout the place, lovely breakfast supplies put on by the host (toast, spreads, cereals, OJ, coffee, tea selection and plant milk), spacious shared bathroom. Can’t recommend the place enough - location is fantastic (~10 ish minutes walk from station). Would love to come back!”

I had a fantastic stay at Massimo's place. I was attending a conference at Brighton Centre, and the room was at the perfect location. Massimo provided a good breakfast, and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. The room had everything I needed, and I felt instantly at home. Thank you!

Very neat little room, it was really well equipped too. We really appreciated the generous touches like cereals/bread/tea/coffee/milk all available. Even checked about dietary requirements. Thanks for a great stay.

We were in Brighton for few days and the Massimo'appartment was perfect. Located near the seafront, it is perfect to visit the city by walking. The appartment is very clean and quiet. Also, Massimo gave us great recommandations to eat brunch and fish and chips. I can highly recommand this place 😁
