The villa with its wonderful garden is surrounded by olive trees and lush vegetation, while at the same time it is located a breath away from the clear blue waters of an almost private small quiet beach in the bay of Amaliapolis.
In Amaliapolis, there are many fish taverns and "ouzeri" around the port, offering a variety of dishes based on fresh fish and fresh seafood. The village also has wonderful seaside cafes with stunning views, supermarkets, convenience stores as well as souvlaki restaurants.

Τhe villa is located 100 meters away from the village. The distances are short and you can walk across the whole village in a minimum of time. However, there is also the possibility of using a car, except during the two months of July and August between the hours of 21.00-24.00 as traffic is then not allowed on the coastal road.
There are three "KTEL" public buses daily to the city of Almyros from where you can make connections to Volos, Athens and Thessaloniki. There are also private taxis in the village.
If you have a car, you can explore other nearby beaches, beautiful mountain villages and the unique Monastery of Panagia Xenia.
Almyros, the nearest town, has banks, pharmacies, a medical center and a variety of shops for your shopping.
Ideal location for day trips, e.g. in Pelion or in Meteora.
