This is our second time staying in Rye at Tim’s Air bnb. Great location, walking distance to the centre where you’ll find all the best pubs and local shops. The property is extremely clean with everything you need. Really recommend.

Fantastic little cottage within easy walking distance of all Rye has to offer. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable and cosy. The front door does open straight out into a busy road so care needed with dogs and kids, but we managed fine and weren’t disturbed by the traffic at night. A good price for a lovely bolt hole in a quaint town with lots of great restaurants and bars to stumble into and a short drive or bus to Camber sands. Parking space a bonus and pretty close by as long as you don’t pack the kitchen sink!
