Great location, private lot, excellent property for a large family or a large group. Plenty of space, two large family rooms on two different floors allows the kids to play in one family room and the adults to hang out in the other.

The property itself was definitely as described. The driveway does have a very steep incline, but because there wasn’t any snow on the driveway, it wasn’t a problem. There are three fireplaces in the house, but two did not work. One was the one in the main floor between the kitchen and living room, and the other was in the master bedroom. Neither could be fixed. Then the dishwasher stopped working. I had to call about lack of a hairdryer, but they did furnish that late in the day. Tripforth was great to communicate with, and actually reimbursed us for one night stay because of the inconveniences. The kitchen was not as equipped as I would expect for hosting 12. Tripforth asked what would help which I thought was great. They were great to work with although the property just needed some maintenance.
