Nice and quiet with some little improvements possible. It will offer you a big, professionally looking cooking area for a smaller fee per day and you can even leave behind a greater deposit and they will leave you a rental bike. Both I did not need this time but it will be available. I liked my quiet room with a quartz lamp, nice deco elements and a cute plush giraffe roommate that will watch your sleep was very appreciated ;) While the rooms are tidy, I found a hole in the bed's blanket sheet. It did not cause anything problematic but maybe wants to be renewed . While I like the entrance hall's door code mechanics, they could make extra key or code systems for the individual rooms. If that is an issue, Ellen or her daughter offer to put your stuff into their personal rooms and as I am aware, it was of no big concern during my time there (which the main hall code greatly helps, of course). Last, for me, only one of the power outlets worked at a time. Great stay overall, thank you!!

Everything was perfect with Ellen. Both the house and the room are very big and spacious.

De kamer op zich is prima: eenvoudig maar ruim voor mij als enige aanwezige. Het bed is super! De kamer bevind zich in een origineel en prachtig oud pand met een bijzonder fraaie tuin. Oud wil ook zeggen dat het er af en toe kraakt. Het is redelijk gehorig. Je kunt kiezen uit twee toiletten, een op dezelfde etage en een op de begane grond. De douche bevindt zich op dezelfde etage. Je moet wat rekening houden met de bewoners en v.v. Enig minpuntje is dat je vlakbij verkeer en spoor zit. De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. En heel behulpzaam. Kortom, goede plek.
